Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers was delighted with the effort his side showed in their 2-1 win at West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.
The Welsh outfit climbed inside the top half of the English Premier League table with their come-from-behind victory at The Hawthorns.
Marc Antoine-Fortune gave West Brom a lead against the run of play early in the second half but goals to Gylfi Sigurdsson and Danny Graham ensured Swansea would be heading home with all three points.
"It was, yet again, another terrific performance from the players," Rodgers told Sky Sports.
"I thought we were brilliant today, considering the conditions. We were very unfortunate to go behind but we showed our resolve and resilience within the group."
"This is a group that don't feel sorry for themselves. It is a group that is very motivated and hungry to do well."
"It was a wonderful team performance and I am very proud of them."
West Brom manager Roy Hodgson felt his side did not deserve to get anything out of the game.
"We got what we deserved, frankly," Hodgson said.
"I thought we made a real good go of it towards the end of the game but to only have the lead for such a short period of time, and then to concede another one, it was always going to be tough."
"Swansea are a good team. They keep the ball well and play some good football."
"The players worked very hard to try and get back into the game and we certainly put them under a lot of pressure in the last 15 to 20 minutes, but the defence held out."
