Saturday's Bundesliga match between FC Energie Cottbus and VfB Stuttgart has been postponed after a pitch inspection, with a massive storm expected to hit the stadium.

With weather forecasts predicting winds of up to 130km/h in Cottbus, the city authorities – as owners of the Freundschaft Stadium – demanded that the game be called off. Energie are bottom of the 18-team Bundesliga.
