SOFIEMYR, Oct 11 (SW) - Kolbotn IL have won their home game against FFC Frankfurt with 2-1. Two goals of Solveig Gulbrandsen brought Kolbotn a 2-1 lead. But it was experienced Sandra Smisek who put an important goal back for FFC Frankfurt.

The coaching staff of Kolbotn IL visited FFC Frankfurts game on sunday. They already saw that they could beat the Germans. Kolbotn IL dominated the match, but it was FFC Frankfurt that profited from their experience when Sandra Smisek score the all important 2-1. It was de nerves of Kolbotn that did not bring the Norwegians the two goals difference.

Eventhough both teams had good changes in the first half the spectators had to wait for the second half to see goals. In the 48th minute it was Norwegian star Solevig Gulbrandsen who scored the opener from ten metres in the goalcorner.

Three minutes later Gulbrandsen made the difference even two goals. FFC Frankfurt keeper Silke Rottenberg looked very insecure at some moments, but se wasn't punished for that. In the 74th minute it was Sandra Smisek who made it 2-1 from close range.
