MILAN, Nov 7 (SW) – Inter Milan are taking Thursday night’s first leg of the Coppa Italia round of sixteen tie against Messina more seriously than most.

Inter have won the last two Italian cups and now intend to complete the hat trick.

This will be their first match in this year’s competition. The eight top finishers in Serie A received byes into the last sixteen.

Messina are not be underestimated. In the last round they eliminated the 2004 winners Lazio.
