Review

Bayern Munich have been held to a 1-1 draw by Borussia Dortmund on Saturday, while midfielder Mark van Bommel once again confirmed his reputation as a rough player.

The Dutchman needed only 23 minutes to concede two yellow cards: One for a foul on Kehl and one for arguing with a linesman.

At this point, Borussia were leading 1-0 thanks to a great goal from Blaszczykowski, who found his way into the penalty area before combining with Valdez and slamming the ball past Rensing in the ninth minute.

But Borussia would not hold on to their lead. Bayern's Tim Borowski levelled the score after preparing work from Lucio in the 74th minute.
